Shipping / Delivery Policy

Most services at Star Consultancy are digital/government-portal based and completed online. Printed materials and physical documents are handled as follows:

Document delivery

  • Digital copies sent via email/WhatsApp
  • Physical prints can be collected in office
  • Courier delivery available within India on request (charges apply)

Processing timelines

  • Online services: typically same day to 3 working days depending on requirement
  • Printing & binding: usually same day
  • Courier delivery: 2–7 business days (courier partner timelines apply)

Shipping charges

Courier fee depends on destination and weight. Customer will be informed before dispatch.

Order confirmation

Confirmation is sent by SMS/WhatsApp/email after payment.
