Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Star Consultancy (kovai.shop) assists customers in submitting and processing government and official applications, and provides designing & printing services. Because many of our services are non-tangible (online filings, application submissions, government interactions), the following policy applies:

1. Cancellations

  • Customers may request cancellation before we begin an online submission or processing. Contact us at 9688885070 or colourprint@zohomail.in.
  • If work has already started (form filled, documents submitted), cancellation may not be possible and fees charged for work done will apply.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are considered case-by-case. If the service was not performed as promised, customer should notify us within 7 days.
  • For physical goods (printing, binding), refund or re-print will be provided for defects if reported within 3 days of collection.
  • Government fees (portal charges, application fees) paid to third-party government portals are non-refundable by Star Consultancy if those portals do not return money — we will help escalate claims where possible.

3. Disputes and chargebacks

  • We will cooperate with payment providers for legitimate disputes. Please contact us first to resolve issues directly: colourprint@zohomail.in.

Refund & Return Process Timeline

Step 1: Request Submission

Customer submits a cancellation or refund request by phone or email with all relevant details.

Step 2: Review & Verification

Our support team reviews the request and verifies the order details and status within 2–3 business days.

Step 3: Decision Notification

We notify the customer about approval, rejection, or partial refund decision via email or phone.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Step 5: Completion

Refund or replacement confirmation is shared with the customer once the process is complete.
